Safety Waiver

Engineering requires some precautions. I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for the maintenance, safe use, and/or storage of all tools, instruments, or substances involved in the class and will inspect each before use. I am voluntarily participating in this class with knowledge of all the potential risks and dangers, including to my health, to others near or around me while I am participating, or to property, at my home or wherever I take the class.
